Why do so many business leaders lead in isolation?

Business leaders have a tendency “go it alone,” but this isn’t always the best strategy. Solomon, one of the wisest leaders in history, maintains that two are better than one: “If one falls down, the other can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up.”
